Frequently Asked Questions

Q // Do I have to create an account to submit my nominee profile?

A // Yes! All nominees must create an account and submit their nominee profile online. Once you create an account, you can begin to work on your profile, save your information and return later.

Q // What happens after I submit my profile?

A // After the nominee profile deadline passes, a selection committee will meet to select the honorees. The selection committee will review all letters of nomination and the profiles submitted by the nominees directly. The nominee will hear back once the selection committee concludes their process.

Q // Do I need to be a Chamber member to win?

A // No, you do not need to work for a member organization to win a TOYL Award.

Q // Who will see my nominee profile?

A // All nominee profiles will be reviewed by the selection committee. All information will be contained to this group and not shared broadly.

Q // How will winners be recognized this year?

A // Honorees will be spotlighted throughout our fully virtual two-week campaign in November.

Q // How can I sponsor the Ten Outstanding Young Leader awards?

A // We're so glad you asked! To learn more about sponsorship, contact Jessica Sanon, Senior Program Manager.
